জীবন ও জীবিকার তাগিদে দেশের অধিকাংশ মানুষ রাজধানী ঢাকা কেন্দ্রিক। যার ফলে রাজধানী ঢাকা কে ঘিরে গড়ে উঠেছে বিলাস বহুল এ্যাপার্টমেন্ট যা কেবল মাত্র বিত্তবান দের দখলে। সাধারণ মধ্যবিত্তের জন্য যা অসম্ভব, সমাজ বাস্তবতার আর বিশ্ব প্রেক্ষাপটে যে হারে জীবনযাত্রার মান বৃদ্ধি পাচ্ছে, তাতে সাধারণ মধ্যবিত্তের পক্ষে কোনভাবেই সম্ভব হচ্ছে না নিজের ও পরিবারের জন্য একটি আবাসন তৈরি করা, "আল আমিন সেঞ্চুরি ডেভলপারস লিঃ" এই বোধ ও ভাবনাকে ধারণ করেছে এবং তাদের স্বপ্নকে বাস্তবে রুপ দেয়ার জন্য ঢাকার অতি নিকটে সাইনবোর্ড এলাকায় তাদের জন্য আধুনিক ও মান সম্মত আবাসন তৈরি করতেছে।
